Are you a college student going to school for film production? Are looking to expand your portfolio? Pay it forward by volunteering your time with Belle of the Ball. You’ll be able to not only build your portfolio with the largest dress drive in New England, but you’ll have the opportunity to capture true, unfiltered emotion.
Belle of the Ball is looking for college students to use their video production experience to create a short 3-4 minute video capturing the excitement of our 12th annual Boutique Day. Filming is Saturday, April 2nd at Simmons College in Boston from 8am-5pm. Each year Simmons College is transformed into a ballroom, as over 2,500 dresses are displayed for nearly 600 students who otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford to attend prom. 350 volunteers come together to make sure that this is a powerful personal experience for each young lady.
